Phase 3: Deployment Planning Workshop
With the completed blueprints and project plans, we consider deployment issues now and begin planning for a successful launch. The goal is a smooth deployment after construction.

Deliverables
Plans, as required for: Creating of an installation procedure/program, conversion of data from previous versions or systems, integration with 3rd party external systems, licensing, alpha and beta testing plans, documentation, support, specific hardware, bandwidth and operating environments, server configurations, network issues, and marketing department product launch timetables.

A recommendation with cost estimates for Deployment Services.
