Phase 1: Prototype Workshop
This service is where RefinedSite.com works with you and produces a prototype of your ASP product. This prototype may be the complete product, or a portion of the complete product.

Deliverables
Completed System Inventory documenting the actual screens, reports, interfaces and engines required as part of the software solution. This is prerequisite to allow the team to scope the final design and construction phases.

Low-Fidelity prototypes of all screens and reports, documenting the actual screens and their layouts.

A working, hi-fidelity prototype of the product sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities and look and feel of the system.

The "floor plans" -- but not the overall architecture in our custom home metaphor.

A "next steps" recommendation with estimate for the RefinedSite.com Architecture Workshop.

Approach
Week 1
Complete the scenarios and System Inventory from the Analysis Workshop. Identify the overall motif for the product and begin to outline the functional areas for prototyping.

Week 1 - 3
Build the low-fidelity prototypes of all screens and reports. This is done spending two days with our clients, working up a straw man. RefinedSite.com then completes the prototypes and brings them back to you for review and approval. These low-fi's are completed and the scenarios updated to make sure they are both in sync

Week 2 - 4
Complete the hi-fidelity prototype.

Starting Phase 2 we develop an Architecture Workshop.
