Special attention is given to your intended market, competitors, capabilities, business case, product life cycle and versioning, and time-to-market parameters.

Approach
During this session, we gather the key information needed to assess the current state of your vision, any internal technology support, and your information assets. Next, we brainstorm on your vision and apply formal feature selection methods if appropriate. A preliminary business case and technical feasibility study is completed, as well as a high-level product implementation plan with milestones established. We also coach you on how to educate the key stakeholders in your new product initiative.

Together, we begin to create a shared mental model of just how your vision will work.
